The TS-MFI2 Melt Flow Indexer is a precision testing instrument developed in line with ISO, ASTM, and GB standards to meet the practical requirements of polymer materials testing. It is used to measure the melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastic materials, providing accurate and repeatable data for material characterization and quality control.
The instrument is suitable for determining the melt index of a broad range of high polymer plastic materials, including polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene resin, polycarbonate, nylon, and fluoroplastics, under high temperature test conditions. With support for both offline and online detection, the TS-MFI2 serves as a versatile solution for melt index testing in the plastics, petrochemical, and related industries.
Key Features
The TS-MFI2 combines an advanced configuration with proven technology. Its PLC controlled heating system delivers a fast temperature rise together with high constant temperature accuracy, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃ and returning to a constant temperature state within 4 minutes after material loading.
The instrument integrates mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR) testing in a single unit, and supports both manual and automatic cutting methods.
