The TS-MTC1 Migration Test Cell is engineered to support the pretreatment stage of migration testing for food contact materials and products. Its design accommodates all non-volatile food simulants specified under GB 31604.1-2015, EN1186-1, EN13130-1:2004, and related international standards, making it a versatile solution for laboratories conducting compliance and safety assessments of packaging materials.

• Designed and manufactured in full compliance with Migration Pool C in Appendix C of EN1186-1:2002 and the migration test pool C in Appendix D of EN13130-1:2004, ensuring consistent and reliable migration test results.
• Supports both single-sided and double-sided contact surface testing, eliminating the need for separate equipment. Double-sided contact configuration is particularly suited to food contact materials such as instant noodle outer packaging and condiment packaging.
• Fitted with high-temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and self-cleaning sealing rings that maintain reliable sealing performance and prevent leakage or volatilization of simulants throughout the test.
• Sealing structure of the migration test pool keeps the area of the sample outside the designated test zone from contacting the food simulant, safeguarding the accuracy and effectiveness of the test area.
