The TS-UTM1 is a WS-type, computer-controlled servo double-column universal material testing machine. As a new-generation electronic universal testing machine with a dual-space design, it has been developed specifically for colleges, universities and scientific research institutes. Both the main frame and the auxiliary equipment draw on advanced international technology, giving the machine an attractive appearance, convenient operation and stable, reliable performance.
In operation, the computer system directs the controller and speed-regulating system to drive an AC servo motor. After the speed is reduced by the deceleration system, a precision screw pair moves the beam up and down to carry out tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other mechanical property tests on the specimen. The machine works without pollution, with low noise and high efficiency, and offers a very wide speed-regulation range and beam travel. Supported by a broad variety of test accessories, it has very wide application prospects in testing the mechanical properties of metals, non-metals, composite materials and finished products.
The machine is widely used for material inspection and analysis in building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles, home appliances and other industries.
Key Features
- Designed as a plastic tensile testing machine, it can evaluate the mechanical properties of rubber materials, including tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing and peeling.
- It supports load-cycle, deformation-cycle and displacement-cycle functions, and delivers indicators such as elongation, tensile strength, flexural modulus, elastic modulus, yield strength, net energy, return energy, total energy and more.
- High- and low-temperature test chambers, high-temperature furnaces and other expansion devices can be added.
- A PC handles data processing and analysis, and test results are saved automatically. After a test, the curve can be recalled and the test process replayed through curve traversal, or curves can be compared and magnified. The Windows-based test software provides strong data and graphics processing, and prints complete test reports and test curves in real time.
