Product Introduction

The TS-WVPA1 Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) Analyzer is engineered around the gravimetric (weight-loss) test principle, with its design and manufacture aligned to GB/T 1037, ASTM E96, and related international standards. The system is built to evaluate the water vapor barrier performance of films, sheets, paper, packaging, and comparable materials used across the food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, and photovoltaic electronics industries. Covering high, medium, and low barrier materials, the analyzer delivers wide-range, high-efficiency water vapor transmission rate measurement for demanding laboratory and quality-control applications.

Key Features

High-Precision Load Cell

A high-precision weighing sensor delivers efficient, stable weighing performance with a resolution of 0.0001 g/(m2·24h). Chamber temperature is regulated automatically by a semiconductor temperature control module, maintaining an accuracy of 0.1℃.

High Throughput, Wide Range, High Applicability

The compact, single-chamber configuration supports flexible, high-efficiency testing. A broad measuring range of 0.1~10000 g/(m2·24h) accommodates high, medium, and low barrier materials alike, while optional accessories extend testing capability to bottles, bags, bowls, and other three-dimensional containers.

Refined Design, Intuitive Control, Real-Time Curve Visualization

A 3D-printed housing with clean, streamlined contours gives the instrument a modern, professional appearance. Operation is fully automated — a single button initiates the test, with automatic result evaluation and automatic shutdown on completion. The system displays four real-time curve sets (transmission-time, temperature-time, humidity-time, and flow-time), with a preview/hide function for convenient curve management.
