The TS-CT3 Compression Tester is a precision testing instrument built to evaluate compressive strength. It measures the compressive strength and deformation of a wide variety of samples, including industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, plastic tubes, plastic bottles, small packaging boxes, paper cups, paper bowls, other small containers and honeycomb cardboard.

Driven by a stepper motor and a precision ball screw, and operated through a high-resolution color touch screen, the instrument delivers stable, reliable performance for routine quality control and material evaluation.

Results can be printed on the micro printer, or the instrument can be connected to a computer, which automatically saves test results and displays and saves pressure test curves.

Applications

The TS-CT3 is used to determine the compressive strength and deformation behavior of industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, plastic tubes, plastic bottles, small packaging boxes, paper cups, paper bowls, other small containers and honeycomb cardboard. It supports three test modes:

• Compression Test: Determines the maximum compressive resistance and the deformation of the sample.

• Conformity Test: Evaluates the overall performance of the sample against a preset pressure and deformation.

• Stacking Test: Applies a constant pressure to the sample to determine how long it can withstand the load.
