The TS-8187-B is a PLC controlled laboratory single screw cast film machine engineered for the extrusion of a wide range of general purpose plastics, including PE, PP, PS, PC, PET, ABS, and PVC. Equipped with both horizontal and vertical extrusion casting cold roll configurations, the system can simulate production scale processes such as single layer casting and sheet extrusion. Its versatility allows it to produce both thinner films and thicker sheets, positioning the TS-8187-B as a comprehensive laboratory extrusion film forming solution for research, process development, and quality evaluation applications.

Controlled Extrusion Processing

The single screw extruder provides a temperature range of ~300℃, temperature accuracy of ±1 ℃, and screw rotation speed of 0–95 rpm with frequency control.
