The TS-CSM50 CNC Specimen Milling Machine is a computer-controlled, table-top milling system built to prepare bar-shaped test specimens. Supplied with pre-configured machining programs and special clamping devices, it produces specimens in all common test bar shapes.

The machine is constructed on a full cast iron structure and uses high-precision preloaded linear guideways and preloaded double-nut ball screws. Its frequency-adjustable spindle reaches a maximum speed of 24000 r/min, and it can machine dumbbell samples up to 50 mm thick. Protective doors with a safety lock and axis limits support safe operation, and the unit is delivered together with a workbench.
